- Provide technology solutions that empower business leaders to gain insights and make strategic business decisions leveraging strong technical skills and an in-depth understanding of business strategies, priorities and initiatives.
- Monitor production support activities for the department, assure issues are resolved, root cause identified when possible and permanent solutions applied.
- Lead prioritization, design, development and delivery of business intelligence solutions, database enhancements, data analysis tools, reports, dashboards
